Weird Party organizes ticketed social events and experiential gatherings. Ticket purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify event details (venue, schedule, format) when reasonably necessary, and will notify ticket holders of material changes.
Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Some events require an application. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or national origin.
If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
All attendees are expected to treat others with respect. We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event — without refund — if their behavior is disruptive, threatening, or violates the safety of others. Harassment of any kind is not tolerated.
Our events operate under a norm of confidentiality. Attendees agree not to share identifying details about other participants or the specific content of conversations without consent. Photography and recording policies vary by event and will be communicated in advance.
Our events may involve social activities that are unfamiliar or outside your comfort zone. By attending, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and you assume any associated personal risk. You may opt out of any activity at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weird Party's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or attendance at an event is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All content on this Site — text, design, logos, and graphics — is owned by Weird Party LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site or attendance at events constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
